🚫 Zero Tolerance Policy – Illegal Drugs and Controlled Substances

ASTRYON Festival is committed to providing a safe, secure, and enjoyable environment for all participants, artists, employees, volunteers, contractors, partners, and visitors.

The possession, use, purchase, sale, distribution, manufacture, transportation, promotion, facilitation, or consumption of illegal drugs, narcotics, psychoactive substances, controlled substances, or any other prohibited substances is strictly forbidden anywhere within the festival venue, including but not limited to:

• festival grounds;

• camping areas;

• parking areas;

• VIP areas;

• backstage areas;

• staff-only zones;

• entrance and exit areas;

• any other location under the control of the Organizer.

ASTRYON Festival operates under a zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal drugs and controlled substances.

All participants are solely responsible for ensuring that their conduct complies with the laws and regulations applicable in the country where the festival takes place.

Any person found to be in possession of, using, attempting to use, purchasing, selling, distributing, supplying, manufacturing, transporting, or otherwise involved with illegal drugs or controlled substances may be subject to one or more of the following measures, without limitation:

• immediate refusal of entry to the festival;

• immediate removal from the festival grounds;

• permanent cancellation of the festival ticket or wristband;

• confiscation of any accreditation or access credentials;

• permanent exclusion from current and future editions of ASTRYON Festival;

• notification of the competent law enforcement authorities;

• cooperation with police, prosecutors, customs authorities, and other competent governmental bodies;

• initiation of civil or criminal proceedings where applicable.

No refund, compensation, reimbursement, or other financial compensation shall be granted to any participant removed from the festival or denied entry due to violations of this policy.

Participants acknowledge and accept that Romanian law strictly regulates illegal drugs, narcotics, psychoactive substances, and other controlled substances. Any conduct involving such substances may constitute a criminal or administrative offence and may be punished in accordance with the applicable laws of Romania or any other jurisdiction in which the event is organized.

The Organizer reserves the right to conduct reasonable security measures at entrances and throughout the festival area in accordance with applicable law. Such measures may include ticket verification, identity verification where permitted, bag inspections, and other security procedures intended to protect the safety of all participants.

Any participant refusing to comply with lawful security procedures or who attempts to conceal prohibited substances or other illegal items may be denied entry or removed from the festival without any entitlement to a refund.

Where there are reasonable grounds to suspect the commission of a criminal offence, the Organizer reserves the right to immediately notify the competent authorities and cooperate fully with any subsequent investigation.

Nothing in this Policy limits the powers of law enforcement authorities or modifies the rights and obligations established by applicable law.

By purchasing a ticket, entering the festival grounds, or attending ASTRYON Festival, every participant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Zero Tolerance Policy and agree to comply fully with all applicable laws concerning illegal drugs and controlled substances.
