Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: 01 July 2026

By purchasing a ticket for ASTRYON Festival 2027, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Refund & Return Policy.

1. Ticket Purchase

All tickets are:

• personal (nominal);
• issued exclusively in electronic format;
• protected by a unique QR code;
• valid only for the ticket holder named on the ticket.

Following successful payment, tickets will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout.

2. Ticket Returns

As a general rule, all ticket purchases are final.

Except as expressly provided in this Policy or where required by applicable law, tickets are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Refunds will not be granted because a participant is unable to attend the event for personal reasons, including change of plans, travel issues, accommodation problems, medical conditions, or work commitments.

3. Refund Exceptions

Exceptionally, the Organizer may approve a refund in the following circumstances:

Death of the Ticket Holder or a First-Degree Family Member (father, mother, child, spouse) upon providing official documentation within 14 days.

4. Tickets Purchased from Unofficial Sources

ASTRYON Festival accepts responsibility only for tickets purchased through official sales channels. Purchases from unofficial resellers or private individuals are entirely at your own risk.

5. Event Cancellation

If ASTRYON Festival is cancelled by the Organizer and no replacement date is announced, purchasers will be entitled to receive a full refund within 14 calendar days.

6. Event Rescheduling

If the festival is postponed or rescheduled, all valid tickets will automatically remain valid for the new event date.

7. Refund Requests
