ACCESS AND SECURITY POLICY — ASTRYON FESTIVAL

For the safety and comfort of all participants, access and re-entry within the ASTRYON Festival is carried out in accordance with the purchased ticket category and the festival's security rules.

Number of exits and re-entries allowed:

• GENERAL ACCESS / 3-DAY PASS — maximum 3 exits and re-entries during the festival.
• VIP PASS — maximum 5 exits and re-entries during the ticket's validity period.
• ULTRA — unlimited exits and re-entries during the ticket's validity period.

In the event of a medical emergency, leaving the festival perimeter will not be counted towards the ticket limit, provided that the situation is confirmed or recorded according to festival procedures.

SECURITY CONTROL

All participants may be subject to a security check upon entering the festival. The organizer and authorized security personnel may check tickets, access wristbands, participants' identity and their luggage in accordance with applicable law.

Failure to comply with security procedures may lead to denial of access to the festival.

PROHIBITED OBJECTS AND PRODUCTS

It is not allowed to introduce the following into the ASTRYON Festival perimeter:

• weapons of any kind;
• knives, blades, sharp, cutting or piercing objects;
• any object that can be used as a weapon or that can cause injury to another person;
• drugs, illegal substances, psychoactive substances, narcotics or other prohibited substances;
• alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages brought from outside;
• containers with liquids brought from outside;
• food or food products brought from outside;
• drugs, pills or other pharmaceutical products, except those necessary for medical reasons and accepted according to the festival procedures;
• flammable, explosive or pyrotechnic materials;
• fireworks, firecrackers, smoke detectors or other similar devices;
• sprays or substances that may endanger the safety of participants;
• any other items that security personnel reasonably consider to be dangerous to participants, performers, staff or the running of the event.

ASTRYON Festival operates a zero tolerance policy regarding drugs and prohibited substances.

Persons attempting to introduce prohibited items or substances may be denied access or may be evicted from the festival, according to event rules.

MEDICATIONS NECESSARY FOR MEDICAL REASONS

Participants who need medication during the festival may carry it for personal use only.

The organizer or security personnel may request their verification and, when justified, documents or information proving medical necessity.

Medicines must be kept, as far as possible, in their original packaging and in a reasonable amount for the duration of the festival.

GENERAL SAFETY RULE

By purchasing the ticket and accessing the ASTRYON Festival perimeter, the participant accepts the access and security rules applicable to the event.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse access or evict from the festival any person who violates the rules of the event, tries to introduce prohibited objects or endangers the safety, comfort or experience of other participants.
