Minors Access Policy

The safety and well-being of all attendees is one of the highest priorities of ASTRYON Festival.

For this reason, minors are permitted to attend the festival only under the following conditions.

Attendees Under 16 Years of Age

Children under the age of 16 are permitted to enter the festival only when accompanied at all times by a parent or legal guardian.

The accompanying adult is fully responsible for the minor throughout the duration of the event.

The Organizer reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time.

Attendees Aged 16 to 18

Participants aged 16 to 18 years are allowed to attend ASTRYON Festival only if they meet one of the following conditions:

• They are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian;
• OR
• They present a signed Parental Consent Form, completed by a parent or legal guardian, upon entry to the festival.

The Parental Consent Form should include:

• Full name of the minor;
• Date of birth or national identification number;
• Full name of the parent/legal guardian;
• Contact details of the parent/legal guardian;
• A clear statement authorizing the minor to attend ASTRYON Festival;
• Date and signature.

The Organizer may also request a copy of the parent's or legal guardian's identification document together with the minor's ID for verification purposes.

Identification

All minors must present:

• A valid Photo ID or Passport;
• A valid festival ticket;
• A signed Parental Consent Form (if attending without a parent or legal guardian).

Failure to provide the required documentation may result in denied entry.

Right to Refuse Entry

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry if:

• Required documents are missing;
• Identity cannot be verified;
• A Parental Consent Form is required but not provided;
• The documentation is incomplete, inaccurate, or considered invalid.

Recommendation

For the safety and comfort of all participants, ASTRYON Festival recommends that attendees under the age of 18 attend the festival accompanied by a responsible adult whenever possible.

Parental Consent Form

An official Parental Consent Form will be available for download on the official ASTRYON Festival website prior to the event.

Participants between 16 and 18 years of age who are not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian must present this completed and signed document at the entrance.
