ASTRYON was born from a simple but powerful idea: talent shouldn't go unnoticed just because they haven't had access to the right stage yet. From day one, ASTRYON was built not only as an electronic music festival, but as a platform dedicated to discovering, supporting and promoting a new generation of DJs and producers from Romania and around the world.

In Romania there are extremely talented artists, producers with their own identity and DJs with real experience, who have not yet had the opportunity to reach a large enough audience or benefit from the international exposure they deserve. ASTRYON aims to change this. We want to give these artists a real stage, an international audience and the chance to perform alongside established names in electronic music.

At the same time, ASTRYON looks beyond Romania's borders. The global electronic scene consists of thousands of exceptional artists who already have strong communities, millions of listens, appearances in important clubs and festivals and a solid reputation in their countries, but who have not yet arrived in Romania. ASTRYON wants to be the festival that brings them here for the first time.

Approximately 80% of the artists included in the current line-up are scheduled to perform for the first time in Romania. For the audience, this means the opportunity to discover new artists and musical experiences that they have not encountered before on local stages. For artists, it means access to a new market, a new audience and new international opportunities.

We don't want to build a festival based exclusively on the same names appearing on the same posters year after year. We want to build a place where the public can come and discover. A place where a DJ at the start of an international career today can become one of tomorrow's headliners. A place where Romanian artists share the stage with international artists and where the collaborations, connections and opportunities created during the festival continue long after the event is over.

ASTRYON is not just about who is already known. It's about who deserves to be known. It's about discovering the next artist, the next sound and the next generation of electronic music.

We want international artists to discover Romania through ASTRYON. We want Romanian artists to reach the world through ASTRYON. And we want the public to be able to say they discovered an artist here before the whole world knows his name.
